Sir Thomas Walker Arnold was a well-known educational figure. He was born on April 19, 1964, in the English city of Devanport. He attended the City School of London and the Mecadman College of London for his studies. He went to Greece to study Greek and Latin literature. He is also a fluent speaker of German, Italian, Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, Russian, French, Dutch, and Portuguese. He was also a British orientalist and an Islamic art historian.
